Lloyd Singh has been working in real estate since 2004. Originally attracted to the real estate industry because of his passion for meeting people and being outdoors, Lloyd has since developed a reputation for providing excellent customer service and going the extra mile.

Prior to taking up a career in real estate with Barfoot & Thompson Manukau, Lloyd was in the New Zealand Army and spent time as an accounts clerk. Throughout these careers, Lloyd fine tuned his own personal traits including discipline, commitment, team work, professionalism and people skills. These qualities have proved to be
invaluable assets in real estate, where he has been able to use them to build strong and trusting customer relationships.

In his spare time Lloyd has a keen interest in property and can be found making cosmetic changes to his own home or advising his friends on how they can improve their property. Lloyd also enjoys spending time with his wife, attends their local sikh temple and is proud of the time that he spent doing his overseas experience in the United Kingdom.

Lloyd operates in Manukau, a growing area with plenty of new developments which are creating a lively area for people to live. He joined Barfoot & Thompson because they are a family business and because of their large network, which Lloyd is able to use to match more buyers to properties.
