Lucas Bonné
Lucas Bonné entered real estate in 1995 after enjoying a successful teaching career in languages and mathematics. He applied the skill learned in teaching to his real estate career. He is described as a good communicator, excellent negotiator and characterised by his professionalism and integrity.
Being a man with a passion for property investment, Lucas believes real estate investment is an excellent wealth creation tool. He has renovated houses, completed his own subdivision and had a property built. Together with his wife Debbie, he now owns a number of residential investment properties and apartments. As a result, he loves selling investment concepts.
As a way to continue to grow the business, Lucas completed his branch manager qualifications in 2006 and was delighted when he was offered the chance to start up the new Greenhithe office in 2007.
The office has a team of high profile, self-motivated, experienced sales people, who offer a wealth of local knowledge and real estate expertise. The primary aim is to match clients with the right buyers and ultimately achieve the all important “SOLD” sign. Since the opening of the office, Barfoot & Thompson has become the dominant market player in the area.
