“Personal service tailored to your needs”

Mike Dolan has a reputation for being honest, professional, reliable and resourceful. He has a very strong service ethic, and is dedicated to understanding every client’s needs and giving them the best possible service every single time.

Mike believes in open communication, keeping clients informed throughout the process, and making their experiences less stressful and more enjoyable.

Mike works hard for his clients, and this has been reflected in his successful sales record and achieving high ranking sales positions within his branch.

Mike embarked on a career in real estate, driven by his genuine interest in helping people, and his significant sales experience.

He originally joined Beale Real Estate on Waiheke. During the mid-90s Gulf Island’s property boom, he helped many clients realise their “Island Dream” before going on to Beale Pakuranga.

Mike joined Barfoot & Thompson Dannemora in 2007. He has witnessed Pakuranga, Howick, Dannemora, Flat Bush and East Tamaki growing from farmland to dynamic residential and business growth areas. In his opinion, they represent great value areas to live, work and invest in.

Mike is assisted by his wife, Jennifer Yang, who simply “loves helping people”, and uses her interior design skills to assist sellers with home presentation.

Jennifer is originally from South Korea, and Mike’s goal is to learn to speak Korean (properly!) as a second language so that he can speak to Jennifer and their Korean friends in their native language.

Both Mike and Jennifer also like to contribute to the community. They were previously members of the Willowbank Primary School PTA and sponsored the school’s basketball team with hoops and uniforms.

Mike’s hobbies are mountain biking, bushwalking, skiing, and sometimes sailing when time allows! He has travelled extensively throughout NZ, Australia, South Korea and Tahiti.

Mike has had a long term interest in the property market on both sides of the Tasman and considers real estate to be the best investment avenue.
