Maureen Kan has worked in the real estate industry for the last 12 years, spending the last five years with the Ponsonby Rentals team. As an accredited REINZ property manager, she prides herself on consistently delivering a high level of service. She understands the
needs of her clients and makes every effort to take the hassle out of owning a rental property.

Maureen’s first hand experience owning rental properties is a great compliment to her business experience. She has done all aspects of rental and property management from administration, paying the accounts and managing a rental team.

Maureen is a New Zealand born Asian so, while English is her first language, she is also able to speak fluent Cantonese should a client require specialist language skills.
