Request a Property Appraisal
I joined Barfoot & Thompson Meadowlands in October 2004 as a part-time administrator. After being part of the Barfoot & Thompson Step It Up conference in 2007 I was inspired to make the move into sales. I completed my papers by correspondence and joined the sales team at Meadowlands in November 2007.
Initially from Christchurch, I moved to Auckland at 8 years of age and resided in the Pakuranga, Farm Cove and Half Moon Bay areas. At 21 years of age I married my husband Andrew and we bought our first house in Highland Park where we lived for two years before moving to Cockle Bay. We loved Cockle Bay so much that we never left and have now lived there for over 20 years! Having lived in the area for so long, I welcome the opportunity to provide my clients with sound purchasing advice and local knowledge, be it informing them about properties or generally introducing them to its many charms.
Prior to joining the real estate industry, I spent over 12 years working in Howick law firms as a legal secretary, personal assistant and accounts person. My strong legal background gives me great knowledge of the whole conveyancing process and I in turn pass that information on to clients and customers.
Among my interests are boating, water sports, interior design and gardening. I have personally bought and sold five properties so I understand that the sales process can be stressful. To make the process rewarding and more enjoyable, I listen to my clients, provide open and regular feedback and work hard to help them achieve their goal. I also love to match customer to the house of their dreams.
If you are looking for someone who is diligent, has attention to detail, is methodical and great at timekeeping, I can help you.
