A graduate of Auckland University with a Bachelor of Engineering Degree in Civil Engineering, Nigel has enjoyed a successful profile since he moved from the construction industry into the sale and lease of commercial property in 1991.

Born and bred on Auckland’s North Shore, Nigel has developed a wealth of knowledge about the region. Nigel’s experience and skills have grown in all facets, ranging from strategic land sales, design-build projects, large format retail centres (Wairau Park), Office Parks, to the refurbishment of older buildings. Nigel believes this exciting growth as seen over the last 20 years in the North Shore Precinct is set to continue into the Rodney and Waitakere areas.

Nigel has added to his Engineering Qualifications by completing the National Diploma in Real Estate (Agent) and holds an “Agents” licensee as defined by the Real Estate Agents Authority.
