Originally from County Sligo, Ireland, I understand the challenges of building a life in a new area and community, and what an important part buying (and selling) a house is.

Living in Manukau and having spent over 25 years selling real estate, I've accumulated an in depth knowledge of this area. I've observed and been a part of property development here, and seen many changes in the market values and prices. This has been invaluable in assisting my clients to make the right purchase or selling decision.

One of the key things that have kept me in this industry for so long, is the people. I look at my role more as relationship building - matching the needs of each buyer with that of each seller.
