Neno Radinovich has been working in the real estate industry for 12 years and has achieved significant and consistent success throughout his career. He attributes this success to his level of patience, ability to listen to clients’ needs, respect for their values and being able to put people at ease when selling and buying properties. He has now grown his business and fortunately benefits from many clients re-listing or referring.

Prior to real estate and migrating to New Zealand, Neno was the marketing manager for a wholesale company that employed 1500 staff. This broad administrative, managerial and hands on sale experience has been a huge advantage, giving him full confidence in his current position as a real estate salesperson.

Neno is supported by his wife Silvana who comes from an accounting background. They are both highly qualified with business degrees from their home country of Croatia and can speak fluent English and Croatian should you require specialist language skills. They have two sons. The older son, a few times NZ junior tennis champion, has completed a Bachelor of Business. The youngest is studying a Bachelor of Law.

Neno’s philosophy is based on dedication, hard work and integrity. He strives to raise the standard of professionalism in real estate and he believes it is not worth finalising a deal if the clients are not completely happy.
