Roger is a real estate consultant of 6 years, who specialises in residential and lifestyle properties on the North Shore, and he brings to the industry a sound knowledge of real estate.
Roger’s real estate career began with The Professionals Group and was one of their high achievers on the North Shore, gaining a ranking in the top 20% nationally.
Prior to Sales, Roger worked in the building industry as the owner of a plastering business, which he successfully operated for 8 years, employing up to 4 people.
Roger says “Success in the real estate industry is about trust, integrity and being professional. Strong communication and forging lasting relationships with his clients is the key to longevity in an ever-changing market place” He is a strong negotiator who always keeps people well-informed.
Roger is passionate about sport. He has seen more than his share of action, being cricketer at school, playing rugby until he turned 30 and completing the Rarotongan International Triathlon 5 times. Roger also competed in 4 half Ironman Triathlons at Mt Maunganui and is aiming to do a full Ironman in the future. A highlight of his life was watching his brother, Trevor (a NZ test cricketer) score a century in a test match at Lords, England in 1990.
Roger, his wife Joanna and their 3 daughters, Lauren, Emma and Holly, live at Brookfield Park in Albany, enjoying sports and treasuring their family time together.
