Given a day off Ross loves nothing better than to spend the day on the golf course. As an ex builder, he has always been involved in real estate whether it be restoring, building or just buying and selling houses. He started his real estate career in 1999 then moved to Barfoot & Thompson Mt Eden 2 years later with his wife Joss.
Ross’s laid back style and ability to put people at ease has made him popular with both buyers and sellers. He is a good listener and keen negotiator; however the other side of Ross’s success story is his wife Joss.
Joss has always worked in the real estate industry and for the first 14 years she worked for her father’s real estate company in Mt Eden (Scholes Oakley Ltd now Century 21). Joss’s role in the partnership is to ensure promises are kept and that all the i’s are dotted and t’s are crossed.
Ross and Joss have been consistently top of the Mt Eden office and in the top 25 of Barfoot & Thompson. Mid 2008 they headed off overseas for their overseas experience and returned at the end of 2009 to continue their real estate career.
