Introducing Rod Philson

Not new to real estate, Rod has worked in the industry since 1973. Having completed the REAA 2008 exams he is now a licensed salesperson and joined the team at Barfoot & Thompson Pukekohe in July 2010.

Rod chose Barfoot & Thompson because he shares the vision and unparalleled levels of service that have become synonymous with Barfoot & Thompson’s brand. He thrives on the negotiation process and prides himself on using his experience to achieve the best result for his clients.

A bit of background

Rod has had an extensive property based career, which includes working for a property development company and managing a large sales team selling new homes in a corporate environment. Rod is passionate about property investment and has presented seminars throughout the North Island. He has been involved in the sourcing, financing, sale and construction of over 300 properties for clients and has accumulated a team of experts who are proficient in legal, accounting, finance and property management services for the benefit of his clients.

Personal Note

Rod has lived in Franklin since 2007. His interests include trout fishing, boating, spending time with friends and family.
