Ricky Yap arrived in New Zealand in 1979 and was educated at Mt Roskill Grammar School. His career started as a sole proprietor in Business prior to joining the Real Estate Industry. He is fluent in five different languages.

He joined the Real Estate Industry in 1990 selling Retail, Business and Commercial properties. He joined Barfoot and Thompson Residential Sales Team in 1997. Ricky has been successfully involved with the Industry for the last 20 years.

A consistent top performer in the Mt Albert Office, Ricky has a special interest in Sandringham, Waterview and Mt Albert areas where he has resided since 1982. He has now moved to live in Epsom.
