“We signed Sacha as our agent because of her friendly, professional manner, which came over to us when we viewed a house at one of Sacha's open homes. We knew she would do her best for us, as we needed a quick sale to move to the South Island.

Sacha came to our house and explained the process of selling and also research she had of current house sales and prices locally. We decided to market our house with a price and using a professional photographer Sacha recommended, which turned out to be money well spent and showed our house well and brought many viewers in.

The next day Sacha brought all the other Titirangi Barfoot & Thompson agents to see our home, so they all knew the house and could show viewers around. We then had many viewers, resulting in a contract on the fourth day on the market. We were very impressed by this result and Sacha's negotiating to get us the best price possible. "My wife and I recently engaged the services of Sacha to sell our house by auction.

I highly recommend her as a real estate agent as she was very approachable and organised.
Her reports on the open homes and follow up were detailed and clear and considering the large numbers of people she dealt with, she obviously worked very hard for our sale.

Sacha was very helpful with an agents eye for pre-sale detail and helped get our house up to a very presentable condition with her suggestions.

Her choice of photographer was excellent and we were very pleased with the results as well as the flyers and signage.

I think the most defining incident that distinguished her abilities was probably an exceptional circumstance. A tradesman, working late at night, the day before the photos were to be taken, decided that he couldn't turn his van and trailer around on our drive. He then proceeded to drive over a very wet lawn sinking in almost up to his axles. Sacha was there the next day, spending a long time, helping to fix up that disaster and in the end the photos were taken successfully.

Selling our house was a very stressful event but I think that sachas abilities and experience made life a whole lot easier for us as we were able to trust her judgement and professionalism."
