Before joining real estate, Shanthi completed a Bachelor of Arts and Social Sciences and worked for 10 years as a Program Editor in a Satellite TV/Radio broadcast station. In this role she gained important skills that she can bring to her career in real estate. These skills include a hardworking attitude, attention to detail and organisation as she was working with deadlines. All of these are fundamental to a salesperson in real estate.

As a resident of Te Atatu, Shanthi has good knowledge of the local residential property market to share with you. She has a great passion for this area as she feels it is serene and well loved by the community. Her and her husband have recently bought and renovated a property in the Te Atatu area. Shanthi enjoys getting involved with her local community and especially her children’s school. Her and her daughter recently went on a tree planting excursion, with her daughter’s school, at the Waitakere Ranges where the school planted up to 300 trees.

We first met Shanthi at an open home at the property and immediately found her very obliging and helpful as we looked around. In the weeks that followed we returned to the property to look at things we had missed and sometimes just to see how the property presented itself during different weather and times of the day.
