Shane Rowe is a true real estate professional. Specialising in residential Real Estate in Greenhithe, Shane has a wealth of knowledge to share with you. Prior to entering Real Estate, Shane enjoyed a highly successful career in Tourism. He worked as an inbound safari tour operator and build up a luxury tour coach charter company. The company was started on a desire and love of the industry only to becoming a household name in the community. Clients ranged from European Royalty, Saudi Royal Family , Bill Gates foundation, to heads of state from Germany & Greece, and even carrying the Olympic Flame. The List goes on.

Shane brings the same passion and desire to help people to Real Estate. His background has enabled him to develop highly effective negotiation skills.

Shane really focuses on what his buyers and vendors need to achieve, the results they desire and is always putting their needs first.

In 2003 Shane and his family decided to settle in New Zealand after visiting here on holiday. It was just love at first sight with the lush green beautiful country that has the wow factor. They chose to come to Greenhithe because they love the village atmosphere and variety of exciting properties in the area.

Having successfully renovated numerous homes with his wife Debbie, means Shane has a lot of experience in home presentation. He loves helping his clients maximise the appeal and presentation of their home.
