In the seven years since Steve joined the real estate industry he has continually delivered honest and personal service to his vendors. He is strong on communication and is able to easily identify his clients’ needs and wants, a skill that he attributes to taking the time to listen.

Having grown up and lived in West Auckland his entire life, Steve has strong knowledge of the local residential property market to share with clients. He relates easily to the people who live there and has a wide network of contacts.

Although Steve was involved in other careers before joining the real estate profession, he has had a long term interest in property. He has both subdivided and built - experience that allows him to understand the challenges and pleasure that this can bring to his clients.
