"We would like to express our thanks to Susan Zhang and Irwin Zhao for the great helps and professional advices which they gave us regarding to the purchases of two investment properties - 20 Alton Terrace and 93 Ennis Avenue, Pakuranga Heights.
We met Susan and Irwin by chance. Before that we had started our searching of investment property for quite a long time and had dealt with several agents, we felt very tired that we had told them what we like but they kept bringing us to the wrong ones and trying to impose their ideas to us. We also went to open homes every weekend across Auckland, sometimes we went to one in North Shore and then rush to another in South Auckland, it wasted our time but hardly got any rewards.
