Request a Property Appraisal

Although friends told Sean that he was 'too soft' for real estate, he has proved them wrong many times over the past eight years. In fact, his empathy for his clients has become one of Sean's strongest assets, and he puts 100% into each and every sale. It has certainly borne results - Sean has become a very successful member of the Meadowbank Barfoot & Thompson team.

Sean has a strong base in sales after working in the competitive retail business, owning a mobile telecommunications outlet for four years. With a head for gaining the competitive advantage, Sean regularly undertakes research to ensure that his marketing methods surpass other companies, injecting new and creative ideas in his property advertising.

Majoring in marketing in his Commerce Degree at Auckland University, Sean puts both his financial and marketing knowledge into practice on a daily basis to advise his clients. Sean puts himself into his clients' shoes with every buyer or seller he deals with by taking the time to assess what they are looking for and then helping them to either find their dream home, or sell their property within a reasonable time frame for a price they are happy with.

Happily part of his local community, Sean had spent time assisting at his local Citizens Advice Bureau, which has taught him a lot about how to deal with the varying needs of the public. Sean brings these problem solving skills into real estate, and is happy to work through any issues with his vendors or purchasers to bring about a stress free sale.
