Yvette Plunkett has worked with Barfoot & Thompson since 1997, and has lived for most of her life on the North Shore. She knows all the Shore has to offer to both professionals and families. Yvette’s experience and understanding of real estate trends provides the basis for sound advice to clients in all phases of the sale. She began her career as a nurse, developing a special talent for communicating with clients and responding to their needs.
Bill Plunkett Dip OSH, JP joined Yvette’s successful real estate practice in 2003 and now works as a full partner in every transaction, bringing fresh enthusiasm to the combination. With a lifetime interest in buying and selling real estate, Bill appreciates its importance as a key source of wealth for clients. Bill is active in the community and has extensive contacts among its leading citizens. Since 1998, he has served as President of the Birkenhead Licensing Trust. An active Rotarian, he was appointed a Justice of the Peace in 1996. He relishes his role as a NZ marriage celebrant. Ministerial appointments include membership of the Lottery Community Facilities Committee and trusteeship on the ASB Community Trust.
