My family and I discovered Zane while looking around for our first family home. Although we wanted a good house for the kids, we didn't want to push our budget to the max as we still wanted the whole family to enjoy some treats.
The first house we visited with Zane, we missed, as our offer was too low. What we loved about Zane is that he advised us that the owner would more than likely to reject the offer. My property was listed with Harcourt's for nearing 6 months. Zane approached me and offered to get it sold, efficiently and professionally. For the previous 6 months, I'd heard every excuse why the property didn't sell. From the onset, Zane listened. It's a skill often lost in salespeople who listen with their mouths. He went back to the drawing board, and reproduced a simple and direct campaign.
It was from this point, I saw his difference. The strength of Zane and his people is "every Barfoot office" is hungry. I listed on March 2, 2016. Dozens of Barfoot agents visited, and on the 12 th & 13th March it was our first open home.
