Our city commercial office is strategically located in Chancery Square on the eastern side of the Queen Street valley. The location has close proximity to the key CBD powerhouse areas such as lower Queen Street and Shortland Street. It is also well known for its abundant informal breakout areas, ideal for meetings, formal and informal as well as relaxing after finalising that key transaction. 

With its abundant carparks and ease of access to the integrated motorway system the location is an ideal area to house our 40 plus dedicated Commercial salespeople.

This branch also has a commercial property management division, which is managed by Tyrell Snelling.
