Getting started is simple. Register for free, complete your buyer profile and save a search. We’ll email you when a First Look property matches your search, giving you the chance to enquire, arrange a viewing or even make an offer.

Step 3: Create a saved search
Save your favourite properties using your preferred location, price range and property features.
Search and save:
To save a search, enter your preferred location in the search bar here and use the filters to select your property preferences. Select "Search", then select the bell icon marked "Save this search" at the top right of the results page.
Save via a property listing page:
On the property listing page, select the star icon marked "Save" at the top right of the page or select the star icon on the property image in the listing search results page.
Receive email alerts
Once you complete your profile and save a search, you'll receive notification emails from us based on your preferences.
Set up daily, weekly or open home emails. We'll alert you about new properties that meet your criteria.
Sync across devices
Your preferences will sync across barfoot.co.nz and our Apple and Android apps.
