Mark van Lent and I are the leadership team for the Barfoot & Thompson West Harbour and Hobsonville branches, and as non-selling managers with extensive real estate experience, our role is to support our teams.

I come from a successful career in residential sales and branch management, and also have experience in a wide range of property-related industries, from property management to property development. I have a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property majoring in Marketing giving me the background knowledge and skills I need to support and lift our team.

Helping people be the best they can be is a company-wide ethos, and our West Harbour and Hobsonville offices each provide a caring and vibrant environment where our people can thrive. We are proud to work alongside some of the most successful salespeople at Barfoot & Thompson (and likely for the country).

Covering West Auckland and the ever-growing region of North-West Auckland, with continued development and movement within the area, we have some of the highest sales by volume, creating many opportunities.

When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my young family of four.
