Find out how the average rent for different-sized Auckland properties has changed over the past year.

  • The average rent for a 3 bedroom property is $526 and gross yield is 2.93%, both marginally up on last month. 
  • Gross yield for 3 bedroom properties is the highest in the City Centre, at 4.42%. 
  • 3 bedroom properties in the City Centre have dropped below $900 on average, the same figure as six months ago.
