The process is very smooth with great conversations with my manager, Arash. He always gives good alternatives to any issues and is helpful and timely. I would highly recommend using Barfoot & Thompson as Property Managers. The experience has been smooth, any issues with the property have been dealt with in a timely manner with me receiving emails with suggestions and alternatives if needed. I have not felt any pressure to do anything I didn't want to do and I like the communication style of my Property Manager.
