Campbell brings a good positive attitude and " we will get a sale" approach right from the beginning even though the market has been wretchedly sluggish. There was no-show in the open homes for a long time but he insisted he would get the unit sold. Though it did not fetch what we had envisaged, it was still a good sale given the market factors and we are extremely satisfied with the result.
