About Carmen Jones
My experience in property management started at just 17 years of age when I worked for Denise Smyth at Housing New Zealand. Since then, I've gained a wealth of experience in other industries, including being the owner of an advertising agency and a New Zealand Herald Franchisee.
Returning to real estate in 2013 as a property management assistant, my area of expertise was in the maintenance division where I managed repair and fault jobs from beginning to end.
Stepping into the role as a Portfolio Manager has been a natural progression - one that combines my industry knowledge, organisation and problem-solving skills, and my ability to think outside the square.
I've lived in Pukekohe all of my life, so I've got exceptional local knowledge. I'm involved in the local community through the local Rugby Club.
Whether you are a landlord or a tenant, when you work with me, you can expect expert advice from an experienced and practical Portfolio Manager. Give me a call today.
