When I’ve finalised a sale for a client, especially a first-home buyer, there is nothing more special than witnessing their emotion and joy.

I came into the property industry with almost three decades of customer service and management experience, having managed up to 40,000 customers a week over a $60 million site. Craig has been an amazing real estate salesperson throughout the whole process of the sale of our home. He was always available, prompt and clear with his responses which I believe made a huge difference to how much interest we have had in our house.

I first met Craig Rodgers through a recommendation from a neighbour. I was considering leaving Auckland so it was going to be a huge move for me to make. I think it took me over six months to finally make the decision to go and during that time Craig kept in touch on a regular basis to see how things were going but never hassled or tried to push me.

The first thing I liked about Craig was his down to earth, friendly and non pushy attitude. His commitment has been above and beyond. Not only has he completed the sale on my house here in Auckland but also helped me with the purchase of my new home in Invercargill - he even took me out to the airport at 4.30 in the morning rather than me take a taxi!

I often lambasted the real estate profession for many things, one being the attention to the people behind the sale or purchase is often lacking as the search for higher commission cheques and quick deals seems to skew the service you get. I've had many a bad experience to support this feeling.
We've just sold our investment property with Craig Rodgers being the man who stood alongside us on the journey.
