About Daniel Braid
If you are sports fan, Daniel Braid needs no introduction. Having played an impressive 16 seasons of professional rugby at the highest level, both in New Zealand and overseas, Daniel has taken a new direction and commenced a career in Commercial Real Estate Sales for Barfoot & Thompson.
A born leader, Daniel has distinguished himself as a capped All Black and respected captain of both the Auckland Blues and Auckland provincial teams. A current board member of both the Hauraki Maori Trust and the Pare Hauraki Fishing Trust, in addition to actively contributing to the University rugby club, Daniel has developed a keen sense of commercial business matters and broad experience of working closely with people from a diversity of backgrounds. These attributes together with his uniquely driven personality saw Daniel work to further expand his knowledge of commercial property at CBRE during his playing days with the Auckland Blues, and later he was involved in a number of interesting commercial ventures during his time playing rugby in England.
Daniel is a family man, married with three children. Together with a personality which places the greatest emphasis on dedication, preparation and performance, Daniel's focus and desire to achieve the best for his clients make him a truly excellent commercial real estate agent.
