I have had the pleasure of dealing with Elaine on two occasions with commercial properties. The first when I was selling a property in Carr Rd, Mt. Roskill. My second dealing with Elaine and Chase was just over the past two months. I was selling an other commercial property in Henderson. This was a problem type property with a lot of internal work that had been done with out building consent and also the departing tenant was in the commercial woodwork construction and on their leaving the premises it was to say the least a nightmare with sawdust from floor to ceiling. No problem for Elaine and Chase, they contacted some commercial cleaners and within a very short time the property was looking great with all the offending mess removed.

Elaine took on the task of leasing my building as a personal challenge. The task was made more difficult as it was a split tenancy that had been on the market for over a year with a number of real estate companies. Elaine managed to negotiate her way around this to achieve a one year lease and a deferred sale.
