Both Frances and Ian were in their fine professional clothing for the professional dusk photography and filming. They then realised the garden was half done mainly due to the afternoon thunderstorm so our gardener had to bail. So Frances and Ian rolled up their sleeves and helped us to tidy our garden with scissors and rake. They didn't even call me to ask for help. Exceptional services. The property was launched on Monday, and the first open home was on Saturday. Frances called me and said if we could meet in the early evening. We signed the pre-auction offer after a counter offer from us. Pre-auction was then held on the following Tuesday and the property was sold at an exceptional price.
