About Fraser Pervan

The fast paced and dynamic nature of the industry is what first attracted Fraser to real estate. With a background in commercial leasing where he successfully facilitated numerous transactions for both large institutional and private commercial property owners, Fraser has now joined Barfoot & Thompson to lead the newly created Asset Management division. Prior to real estate Fraser worked in procurement and health & safety.

With a Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing & Economics), Postgrad Diploma (OH&S), and a licensed salesperson under the REAA 2008, Fraser is well versed in the business arena. Fraser possesses an in-depth knowledge of the Auckland leasing market and has extensive contacts throughout the commercial property industry, two key attributes which stand him in great stead to effectively manage and maximise performance of your commercial asset.

Formal qualifications combined with enthusiasm, passion and a pragmatic approach to asset management equips Fraser to provide a comprehensive service to landlords and tenants alike.
