We got to know Frankie by seeing him at several open homes over the course of six months while we were hunting for our new house. Always warm and friendly, we found he had a wise head on his shoulders for such a young agent, and he was always forthcoming with sound advice.
We had several top agents help us in our eight month search for our new home, so it could have been difficult to decide who to list with. The clincher for us was that, on top of providing ongoing advice and help, Frankie went out of his way to attend an auction we couldn't make and at which we weren't planning to bid, just because we were interested to hear what happened in the room.
