About Harley Hou

I have always had a very keen interest in property. I am dedicated to my role as a real estate salesperson and my open and friendly nature instills confidence in those who work with me. I always maintain a high level of professionalism and I provide my clients with unflinching support.

Prior to real estate, I had a flourishing career in the land development industry. Over a period of eight years, I worked my way up from entry level to Managing Director of a land development company mainly involved in land subdivision in the urban and rural areas of Karaka. My extensive experience communicating with council, contractors, builders and loan advisors has proved to be very beneficial to my clients.

Buying and selling property can be a stressful experience. I endeavour to make the process as simple and straightforward as possible.

Barfoot & Thompson’s primary focus is on the Auckland and Northland property market. Focusing on one geographic location ensures that we know the Auckland property market better than any other New Zealand real estate company. With a 40% market share in the Auckland Region, you can be confident in the high standards and reliability that we offer. When selling your home you can leave any problems to us.

On a personal note, I love spending time with family and organizing parties for friends. I don’t do the cooking though and I leave tidying up the garden to someone else. Working out in gym keeps me relaxed and refreshed for the working week.

I look forward to working with you. I sincerely hope that by the end of your sale experience with me, you’ll feel able to recommend me with confidence to family and friends who might be going through similar property decisions.
