As a commercial lawyer with over 10 years' experience, I bring a skilled, detail-oriented mind-set to the sale process and the team. I started my legal career in civil and commercial litigation before becoming the sole in-house counsel for a prominent nationwide business sales company.
I have an analytical approach to the sales process, troubleshooting all the legal and technical issues that could hinder a smooth transaction. Equally, I am a people-oriented person and enjoy combining these two strengths to communicate directly, without legal speak, about the key contractual issues of any sale. I am able to guide the parties through the sometimes complex contractual arrangements and liaise with lawyers efficiently and effectively.
