Previously ranked as one of the top five commercial salespeople for a nation-wide real estate company, I have proven myself to be one of the industry's top performers. Starting out as the Office Sales Manager at Barfoot & Thompson Kerikeri in March 2018, as of 08 August 2018, I took up the role of Branch Manager.
I’m proud to say that since moving into this position, my influence has seen a marked increase in sales. Since 2022, Barfoot & Thompson’s market share has been as follows:
2022-2023 23%,
2023-2024 25%, and
2024-2025 33%
This covers all aspects of residential, rural, commercial, business sales and property management.
Prior to real estate, I trained as a Marine Engineer Officer in the Royal New Zealand Navy before completing a Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical) at the University of Auckland. Over a decade of experience in the field followed.
The culmination of commercial real estate sales and engineering experience fostered an exceptional work ethic and strong analytical skills. I am conscious of putting clients at ease and know that facts and figures about an offer being presented helps people make informed decisions.
Outside of real estate, I am a committed husband and father. I’m a member of several local sports clubs including football, tennis and paddle boarding and I have also been a Rotary and BNI member. I am closely involved in my children's hobbies including coaching their soccer team. It's the diversity of outdoor activities and beaches on offer in the Bay of Islands area that makes this a special place to call home.
