Together with my knowledge of design and home-staging, I know how to maximise the selling price for my clients through sharp property presentation and savvy negotiation.
In 2004, I gained a Commerce Degree from the University of Auckland. Working for a number of years as a financial adviser, gave me valuable skills which I use for the benefit of my clients. Whether you are buying or selling, my experience enables me to find solutions for any obstacles and work towards a satisfactory outcome for all involved.
I’m fluent in both Chinese and English and utilise my language skills throughout negotiations to build rapport, gain the trust of both buyers and sellers and to bring parties together in agreement.
