After a successful 15-year career in landscape gardening and horticulture, I joined the industry in 1999. I had a long-held interest in real estate after renovating and landscaping several of my own properties, so moving into this sector was a natural and very satisfying fit.
I take great enjoyment in matching the right people to the right homes while at the same time helping vendors achieve their goals. After my first 12 months in the business, my career change was validated when I received the ‘Rookie’ of the Year award. This gave me the opportunity to embrace the job that I felt passionate about and further impress my clients with my tenacity, dedication and outstanding marketing and negotiating skills.
While often challenging, my objective is always to strive to get the best possible price for my vendors as well as ensuring the process is as pleasurable and stress-free as possible. I get great satisfaction from strategically crafting the best marketing plan for each individual property.
