Following my personal conviction that “whatever you do in life you should do with passion and total commitment” lead me into real estate. In 1999 after a successful 15 year career in landscape gardening and horticulture I joined the industry. I have had a long held interest in real estate after renovating and landscaping several of my own properties over the years. Moving into the real estate industry was a natural and very satisfying fit.
I found great enjoyment in matching the right people to the right homes while at the same time helping vendors achieve their goals. After my first 12 months my career change was validated when I received the ‘Rookie’ of the year award. I now had the opportunity to embrace the job that I felt passionate about and my clients were impressed by my marketing and negotiating skills.
While often challenging my objective is always to strive to get the best possible price for my vendors as well as ensuring the process is as pleasurable and stress-free as possible. I get great satisfaction from strategically working out the best marketing plan for each individual property.
