Jim has over 40 years of continuous real estate sales experience and has dealt with all types of clients and all types of properties. Jim has worked extensively with developers, family trusts, mortgagee sales, auctions, tenders and promotions.
Jim fully understands that selling real estate today requires a real commitment to professionalism and customer service, extensive industry knowledge and outstanding marketing and negotiation skills.
Jim started his career in Kerikeri working for the family firm, Broadbent Real Estate. He has worked with Barfoot & Thompson for over 25 years including 16 years in the top-performing Mission Bay office and in the Kerikeri office since it first opened as both a salesperson and branch manager.
