Finally...based on their advice we spent a modest amount on "pre sale refreshing" and a suggested reasonable amount on marketing...all done logically and with no pain and as a result they achieved an excellent sales result.
I have no hesitation in suggesting that Janice and Philip go the extra mile and can be trusted to do the right thing. They have shown that they go to that last 10%, which is frequently the difference in achieving an excellent result.
