For over 15 years I’ve worked in the property management industry. With each new role, my first as a receptionist, my knowledge and experience of the business grew. I progressed from Property Management Assistant to my present role of Property Portfolio Manager.
I grew up in the Birkdale/Beach Haven area and spent a couple of years in Ohope before returning home to the North Shore.
At the heart of property management is strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. My friendly approachable manner puts clients at ease and gives them confidence that I will look after their needs aiming for the best outcome for everyone.
Awesome customer service backed by an awesome team with many years of experience, means my landlords, tenants and investment properties are well looked after.
Call or email me at Barfoot & Thompson Birkenhead and we’ll get things started.
Thank you for looking after our property so well. Living on the other side of the world, it is a great help to know it is such good hands.

What a surprise to get a text message from your office saying there is a hamper for me. You don't know how humbled and wrapped I felt, thank you so very much. I know Carol and you girls run the best show in town and are so professional in all your dealings with your clients. I think that others could take a leaf out of your book.
If I by chance miss out on seeing you girls personally ,I would like to wish each of you a very merry Christmas and a prosperous 2017. Please stay safe as I am so enjoying dealing with real people that have a passion for their work.
Your continuous assistance and consideration are much appreciated.
Many thanks and Regards
It was such a relief to see you last week! Thank you for handling the matter with real professionalism.
It was really wonderful dealing with you, Carol and the rest who were involved in our stay over the last 19 months. We wish to thank you for that, and also to the the landlord for also always being so helpful and prompt on any fixing that needed to be done.
