I enjoy the fast pace and diversity of the role; meeting people in and out of the office, helping tenants find homes that are a good fit, and helping homeowners take care of their investments and maximise property values.
Before joining Barfoot & Thompson, I worked for a property management company in Dunedin, dealing with residential and student rentals. I learned the importance of customer service in the retail industry, both in New Zealand and internationally.
I am fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese. In an industry where clear communication is essential, these language skills are very useful in dealing with a wide range of landlords and tenants.
