There are no shortcuts in real estate, just hard work, good service and enthusiasm. I'm young, passionate and dedicated. But most of all, it's my capacity to embrace risk, my belief in myself and my craft that set me apart from the pack, and ensure every client achieves the best outcome when selling their home.
Before turning my hand to real estate, I worked in customer service and managed the family business. During this time I gained many valuable skills, none more important than my customer orientation. It was a highlight of my career to receive the five year customer and service award while at The Warehouse, and I'm determined to achieve accolades throughout my real estate career too.
For many years, my passion for real estate was a hobby. I've spent many hours searching properties for sale, and I've been heavily involved with my parents' property investments too. Most recently, I've helped my family subdivide and build, which has been a great learning experience. It's so rewarding to now work in the industry that I'm passionate about, putting my knowledge and experience to work, and helping others realise their property dreams too.
I'm a true local, having lived here for the past two decades, attending the schools and being part of its community. There isn't much I don't know about this area, its homes, facilities or people. This local knowledge, combined with my ability to speak fluent English, Punjabi and Hindi allows me to provide the next level in customer service.
My philosophy when it comes to clients is simple: Be hardworking, reliable and maintain a positive attitude at all times. My commitment is to treat them with the highest level of professionalism and personal integrity, building rapport so that they warm to my relaxed manner. In short - I aim to make the process as simple as possible.
If you have been thinking of selling and would like a real estate professional who is passionate, determined and knowledgeable, I'd love to hear from you.
