He took time to drive by Simkin Ave while the works were going on and updated me. My solicitor also appreciated his feedback. Kurtis undertook to attend the various meetings on my behalf, which the owners held on site, saving me the trip from Titirangi to St Johns. Polina has always been pro-active in letting me know when something in one of the properties requires maintenance and has arranged contractors accordingly. The sale of Simkin Ave has taken a worry off my mind, I am looking forward to Strong Street being sold soon.
