I embarked on my real estate career in New Zealand in 2003 and have since built a solid reputation as one of Auckland's most successful and sought-after industrial/commercial agents. I specialise in the areas of both sales and leasing with expertise and proficiency.
Focusing mainly on the East Tamaki and wider Manukau city locations, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge on the unique features of the area.
My "go getter" attitude stems from my strong personal core values of honesty, integrity and persistence. These values combined with my up-to-the-minute market knowledge, work ethic and local expertise have helped me to achieve great success and the respect of my peers over 16 years.
I am bi-lingual, fluent in English and Mandarin and I use my strong communication skills to assist my clients. My large database of prospects particularly within the Asian community, has contributed to a significant number of sales and leases. I have brokered close to $200 million worth of industrial and commercial property transactions. A career highlight for me was the sale of industrial land located at Popes Road for $26 million in 2016.
