Following nearly 20 years’ of marketing and management in the banking (including home lending) and technology sectors, I have recently joined Digna Clark at Barfoot & Thompson Onehunga. I aim to provide a confident, compelling and worry-free property ownership experience built on trust, integrity, knowledge and highly-personalised service for all my clients.
I understand the ups-and-downs of the home ownership journey, and I’m really motivated to deliver great outcomes that personally matter to people and their lives.
My previous career experience combines strong team leadership and influencing, with marketing strategy, campaign execution and contract negotiation. This has prepared me well for real estate, as I connect easily and authentically with people, and can help put together compelling solutions to achieve your property goals.
A high level of empathy, insightfulness and a sound understanding for what makes people tick, are some of my strong points. I’m known for being cool, calm and collected under pressure, plus I’m an excellent communicator and genuinely enjoy connecting with people from all sorts of backgrounds. Sharp negotiating skills, plus a B Com majoring in Economics, help to round out my commercial acumen and understanding of market trends and impacts.
I’ve been a proud resident of Onehunga for over 10 years, along with my husband and two young children. The vibrant and caring multicultural community, heritage houses and buildings, fantastic local dining scene plus the local parks and walks, make this a very special area to enjoy with friends and family. Around once a week I volunteer at Everybody Eats (Onehunga’s pay-as-you-feel restaurant) – helping to combat food wastage, food poverty and social isolation within our communities.
I would love to help you with your next property step. Call me anytime to chat about your needs or for a property appraisal.
