With a track record of success in the commercial real estate industry, I bring extensive knowledge and expertise to the table. My keen business sense ensures my ability to excel in property sales and leasing. With exceptional communication and negotiation skills, I am able to collaborate effectively with individuals from diverse professional, technical and cultural backgrounds.

I embarked on my journey in commercial real estate right after earning my Bachelor of Property degree from the University of Auckland in 2006. Initially, I started my career with an international commercial real estate agency in central Auckland. In 2011, I made the strategic move to the South Auckland industrial hub of East Tamaki, where I've been actively involved in selling and leasing commercial and industrial properties across the broader Auckland region.

My portfolio includes a wide range of notable property transactions, such as:

  • Leasing a property at 110 Hugo Johnston Drive, Penrose, featuring an 8,643m² warehouse equipped for food-grade production, secured for Vitaco.

  • Facilitating the lease of a 7,372m² warehouse at 9 Beale Place, East Tamaki, to accommodate Häfele's expansion.

  • Arranging the lease of 2,339m² at 8 Beale Place, East Tamaki, to support Botany Toyota's growth.

  • Successfully selling a 3,434m² warehouse at 84 Kerrs Road, Manukau.

  • Overseeing the sale of the Zen Centre, an eight-story office building located in Rotorua for the conversion to the Pullman Hotel

  • Sold 785 Great South Road, Penrose. 7,565m² food-grade facility.

  • Sale of 11.8275 hectares of industrially zoned land situated at the intersection of Popes Road and Takanini School Road.

  • Facilitating the sale of 121 Morrin Road, St Johns.

  • Securing a lease for 66 Allens Road, East Tamaki to The University of Auckland.

  • Pioneering the exclusive brokerage agreement that introduced the internationally renowned Krispy Kreme donut company to New Zealand, leading to the design and build lease of a manufacturing facility in Manukau.
