When I decided to sell my house, I used Homes to request estate agents to value my house and with this info I chose the agent I would sell through. One of the agents that responded to this was Barfoot & Thompson. Aden and Logan made an appointment and arrived on time. They appraised the house and gave me the estimate value for the house. Aden and Logan were very professional. I felt that they may have been a bit too young. My friends encouraged me to use them as they would use different techniques to sell the house and have a better fit with the first home buyer. How right they were.
Once I signed with them, the level of professionalism rose. The explained what they would do and gave me all the options I required. The photos and video of the house were very good. They explained the process and how they would interact with me. Logan kept me informed after each open home.
