About Lance
Lance is a total professional, who brings a high level of negotiation skills to the table. Having started his real estate career in the early 1990's he quickly showed his skills by winning 'Rookie of the Year".

Lance is a published author, writing "SOLD" on the subject of achieving maximum value when selling your property.

He made his mark as a salesman and in June 2014, became Sales Manager at Epsom branch, to share his knowledge and skills with a large and multicultural team. In this role he worked closely with the sales team helping them to achieve the best result for their clients.

In August 2017 Lance took up the rewarding role of manager for Beachlands and Whitford branches.

We have great teams at both offices. All our salespeople are highly professional and committed to both the community and our wonderful family-owned company. It is with great pleasure that I support these teams from sales to rentals and our fabulous administrators.'
