With an excess of 30 years real estate sales activity, I am amongst the most experienced commercial and industrial salespeople in the Auckland Commercial and Industrial markets. Twelve of those years have now been with Barfoot & Thompson Commercial and the balance of the time with Rands Robinson Realty.
I have primarily been focused on the Auckland City and City Fringe, however have over the period developed a good working knowledge of the greater Auckland Isthmus.
To my customers and clients I offer a complete range of services from negotiating leases through to the marketing and sale of multi-million dollar properties. I also assist customers with sourcing of new design and build facilities and those owners wishing to effect sale and lease-back of their properties. Work ethics, integrity and establishing long-term relationships are the foundations of my business. The knowledge and expertise I have built working in the Auckland markets is extensive, as is the list of my contacts.
